About Us
Procutel is a niche procurement consultancy specialising in enhancing procurement and contract management capabilities in the public sector. Our intelligent procurement methodology focuses on a holistic approach to skills, process, and systems development, ensuring sustainable business wide improvements for our clients.

Our concentration on appropriate capabilities for the procurement/contract in question draws on Intelligent Client literature and in practice looks to ensure that all stakeholders involved in the procurement cycle from business case development through to contract exit, are clear on what is required of them and have the competencies & tools to execute their roles effectively.

Procurement Act: Virtual Assistant
As an example, we have developed the below chatbot as an easily accessible tool to support procurement teams in applying the Procurement Act. We have trained it using source material including the Act & Regulations, the Cabinet Office published Guides and training materials.
